Themed around ‘Connecting Minds, Creating The Future, Dubai Expo 2020 will be a global platform that aims to bring together networks, economies, cultures, and of course, people from all walks of life.
Participating nations will showcase their innovations, achievements, and aspirations at Expo 2020 while exploring the three sub-themes of Opportunity, Mobility, and Sustainability.
The Dubai Expo is all set to offer a myriad of opportunities for all! No matter your industry, age, country of origin, culture, or interests. Local journeys will offer inspirational fun for students and a special edutainment program will be available for companies and incentive groups.
The expo 2020 Dubai will have country pavilions, a first in the history of any World Expo. Walk in and out of pavilions learning interesting facts, and participating in immersive cultural experiences.
World-class performers and artists will create unbelievable moments, complemented by storytellers and innovators.
The world’s most celebrated chefs will craft dishes from all corners of the globe using ingredients that will delight and surprise. Unique food halls spread across four distinct spaces invite visitors to engage with food like never before. Visitors also get to explore 50+ country cuisines and 30+ never seen before dining concepts in Dubai.
Moreover, those who are interested in learning how to cook new dishes are well catered to at the Expo Dubai Masterclass Kitchen and Demonstration Kitchen.
Each of the 10 weeks focuses on a special theme- addressing challenges and promoting opportunities and awareness through a cultural, social, and environmental lens.
Dubai Expo is celebrated on a global scale and hence all major days celebrated across the world are celebrated at the expo with mega-concerts, celebrities, and major activities. The calendar includes Diwali, UAE National Day, Christmas, New Year’s eve, Chinese New Year, International Women’s Day, and many more.
There will be continuous events going on at the expo like street festivals, stage shows, and music concerts. You’ll never run short of entertainment!
There are countless opportunities for sports and fitness activities, spread across football pitches, cricket nets, workshops, and sports clinics.
You can shop almost everything in the world at Dubai Expo 2020. The range of shopping is that large, including stationery, clothes, food items, and toys. From small shops to big businesses, you’ll find them all. Most products are made of organic materials or are upcycled, keeping in line with its theme.
The event has a myriad of educational programs and talks. The topics covered include biodiversity, and the environment, inclusiveness, rural growth, knowledge, mental health, agriculture, water, digital communication, and more.
Dubai Expo 2020 starts from October 1st, 2021 to March 31st, 2022, aligning perfectly with the best months to visit the UAE. The fair is open 7 days a week for you to explore. The timings are as follows:
