From everybody’s favorite Cappuccino to modern Italian espresso to traditional Turkish coffee, here’s how the world drinks their cup of happiness, the Coffee.
Finnish people love their drink hot. They pour it over chunks of cheese curds which is called as juustoleipä.
Turkish coffee is prepared without any filtration. They boil the coffee powder in a deep brass or copper bowl called as cezve. Turkish love their drink with the grounds.
Hot or sold, Malaysians love their coffee with tea. Interesting right? One cup is three parts black coffee and seven parts Hong Kong-style milk tea, a mix of black tea and milk.
This is same as a latte but bit less in quantity. This Aussie drink is prepared by pouring microfoam (steamed, velvety milk) over a shot of espresso.
A Nescafe representative wanted to drink hot coffee but there was no hot water so he used cold water instead. This surprise drink was an instant hit and is favorite among the crowd.
Same popular Espresso but served with a slice of lemon. The lime slice bring the sweeter flavors of the island.
Sweet and strong, this cold iced coffee is prepared with roughly grind dark roast coffee. The beverage powder is brewed straight into a cup of condensed milk and ice.
The Mexican coffee uses cinnamon and unrefined cane sugar which is known as piloncillo. The locals drink their drink in a clay mug.
Often considered as the country’s national drink, Cafezinho are small but strong doses. Unlike Espresso, Brazilian coffee is brewed with the sugar.
Spanish like their drink sweet. They add thick sweetened condensed milk into black coffee for their cup of happiness.
The cocktail concoction of Ireland is an amazing mix of hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and sugar which at end is topped with a thick cream.
This is cappuccino look alike. Locals top espresso with steamed milk and milk foam. Many add a layer of whipped cream and cocoa powder too for taste of dessert.
Dark black coffee with warm spices like cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg is like winter in a cup.
Drank in small cups, Café Cubano is black coffee brewed with granular sugar. Small yet strong, this would keep you awake for long hours.
This Portuguese refreshing iced cold drink has espresso and lemon juice or lemon soda to add the fizzy flavor.
Not only Saudi Arabia, but many Arab countries mix cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, saffron, and ginger to their drink while brewing. The cup of coffee is often served with dried dates.
Yuenyeung has coffee and milk tea and is enjoyed both hot or cold. The type of milk teas varies from region to region and comes in unique flavors too.
Indians love their coffee both hot and cold. The hot one is prepared by brewing coffee powder, sugar, and milk together while cold coffee is just the same as Frappe in Greece. Cold coffee is usually topped with a scoop of ice cream.
